Opting in

A mobile user might opt-in by:

  • Checking the agreement box to receive SMS Messages on the pdtdental.com Contact Us page
  • Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message requesting product or order support, to any of the PDT Inc. registered numbers
  • Selecting the Text me with news and offers option during online checkout

Opting Out

PDT Inc’s third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting “STOP” or “QUIT” to any SMS Message sent by PDT Inc. registered numbers.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

This web site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen the site. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever. If a child under the age of 13 provides us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may have this information deleted from our records by contacting us at the information listed below.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and PDT Inc. does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
